Personally, for my film, I contacted Frank Ocean to receive approval to use his music in the film. Frank Ocean has had an impact on my generation due to his open activism and his support for the LGBTQIA+ community. He is an extremely popular artist and his music is very sensual. Frank Ocean's music would correctly represent the emotion our main character is feeling within. Frank has a way of displaying different emotions through his music so beautifully that it resonates within the soul.
