A Time for Change

After reviewing our film we have established some changes to be made. We reviewed our film several times to see it from different aspects. We looked at it various times for users to get every mistake. We notice a lack of sound or music in film. Furthermore, there were clips that needed to be cut or muted. I brought this up to our editor since they had the film prepared on the editing software. Those changes were made and some scenes were shortened. These clips were shortened due to the sidebar conversations between actors after the scene was taken. It looked unprofessional so it was immediately brought to my attention.  The software we used was Imovie. Imovie is an editing software made by apple. It can edit long videos and exemplify the quality of a clip. It can incorporate added texts and effects to a video. It has several transition options that can be used. We incorporated the soundtracks from the several crime/thriller music. I used the same music we researched for when looking at our music. We added diegetic sounds like rustling and footsteps. This is to match what was said in our storyboard. Although changes in our film it is essential to keep our film as authentic as possible. We acknowledge that there are certain aspects of the film that we cannot change due to our lack of skills. However, we know there is room for improvement and our skills have developed greatly.
